1. Order Processing

Orders leave our Troy, MI warehouse within 1–2 business days of confirmation.

3. Tracking Your Order

Use the emailed tracking link to follow your shipment. If it’s marked Delivered but you can’t find it, please contact the carrier first, then email info@warpdoutdoors.com—we’ll help track it down.

4. Damages & Shortages

Inspect all items within 7 days of delivery. Photograph any damage and email your order number + images to info@warpdoutdoors.com. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund ASAP.
